i believe the map should be reset due to the fact you can only go 200 meters without finding a griefed place also most people already know where to find every base. Due to the fact that is it 1.3.1 we should have a 1.3 world for emeralds. If this would happen i would be happy to help rebuild spawn with you honey. Also the spawn that we have is getting a bit too old soo yes or no?
