SO MUCH LAG Empty SO MUCH LAG

ok so i have gotten back into the server (yes i will be doing pixel art again :3) and its so LAGGY... i can't do anything, i can have a small chat with someone then BOOM it's lagged out again, is this because of the BUKKIT version isn't working well or is it because of the server... what ever it is can you please fix it I_HONEY_I
