I duped and I confess

I confess I duped and boss_bouii123 told me how to dupe when the 1.6.2 update came in and creative people can open chests and boss_bouii taught me how to dupe with chests. zboyles told me that ill be banned for 10 years but 5 things.
1. How can I make it up to you.
2. What if I get rid of all the duped stuff.
3. Can my ban be lowered to 10 weeks.
4. Ill do anything to not get banned.
5. Can I talk to ihoneyi or mboyles about this.

mboyles I am dieing to get back on ihoney can you please let me on by next week I think I suffered long enough and 1 more thing.
Am I getting demoted. If I am please let me have at least builder rank because I want to finish the warps.
